Everyone Likes Pulled Pork
“The Other White Meat Serves up the Competitionâ€
The 2008 season got off to an uncharacteristic slow start. Big Pig Racing was finishing up the DORBA Frozen Four Hour Series, the 2008 TMBRA Marathon Series, and the 2008 TMBRA State Championship was looming in the not to distant future with the February 16th kickoff in Terlingua, followed by the March 2nd race at Bar H Ranch.
The off season had been cold and wet, but several team members managed to get in some good saddle time for the upcoming season. Matt “ K+Ocean†Kocian (EM1929) and Inna “seamonster†Innes (EW1929) were both poised to his the Expert ranks, with both of them riding fancy pants new bikes to boot. Chris “cpuke†Burke was sitting in a comfortable 3rd Overall position in the 2008 TMBRA Marathon series.
