Rich “Big Pig” Szecsy

Rich has been racing mountain bikes since 1990. In addition to racing triathlons for 10 years, he has competed in the Leadville 100 twice, participated in numerous 24hr, 12hr, and multi-hr races as a soloist and has been racing SS in those and XC events for the last 7 years. He currently holds an USAC XC Cat 1 license and finished the 2006 TMBRA Championship series in 2nd, 4th in 2007 for the SS Open class, and 8th place at the 24Hour Solo World Championships in 2008. He holds a USAC Level 3 coaching license.
He has been married to his wife for 14+ years and is the father of twin 7 year old boys.
